Return Process

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at a designated carrier location, or visit any Bouclair store for an immediate on-site return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
